Last Chance to Vote Absentee In-Person for June 12 Primaries


I wanted to let you know that tomorrowSaturday, June 9th, is your last chance to vote absentee in-person for the June 12th primaries.

There are 20 reasons you can vote via absentee ballot including:

  • Being away from home on business on Election Day
  • Being away from home on personal business or vacation on Election Day
  • Having an illness or disability that keeps you from the polls on Election Day

***Fairfax County voters*** Fairfax County has provided the following information:

ATTENTION IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTERS: “Celebrate Fairfax!” is being held at the Fairfax County Government Center complex the weekend of June 8-10. In-person absentee voters may experience traffic congestion or delays near the Government Center. In-person absentee voters will be directed to the “Green Gate” by signs posted on the road on Friday and Saturday. Please inform Fair staff that you are here to vote. On Saturday, June 9, voters who wish to avoid the activities surrounding “Celebrate Fairfax”, may choose to vote in-person absentee from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at one of our 9 satellite voting locations instead.
