FORMER DELEGATE RANDY MINCHEW ENDORSES TIM HUGO FOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR

Centreville, VA – Former Delegate Randy Minchew added his name today to the list of over two dozen conservative leaders endorsing Tim Hugo’s campaign for Lieutenant Governor.

“Virginia Republicans have not won a statewide election in over a decade and we have all witnessed since 2014 what happens to our Virginia families and businesses when all of Virginia’s statewide constitutional offices are held by Democrats,” said Minchew. “If we are going to end this deleterious one-party rule over our state government and get our Commonwealth working again for our families and businesses with common-sense conservative solutions, we need to nominate statewide Republican candidates who can win in November. I am supporting Tim Hugo for Lieutenant Governor for that reason. I have seen firsthand Tim’s ability to get things done in Richmond with a work ethic and commitment to integrity second to none.

“Delegate Minchew was a terrific representative for Clarke, Frederick, and Loudoun Counties in the House and was a recognized statewide leader in obtaining passage of critically-needed transportation improvement bills. I am honored to have him on our team,” said Hugo. “I am proud of the campaign we are building and am confident we will be best positioned to defeat the Democrats this November. My promise to Virginians is that I will continue to work hard everyday to make sure Republicans are successful this November because the stakes are simply too high for anything else.”
