Centreville, VA – Tim Hugo’s campaign for Lieutenant Governor added another two key conservative endorsements today with the addition of former Speaker of the House William Howell and Delegate Bobby Orrock (Caroline). Delegate Mark Cole (Spotsylvania) had also previously endorsed Hugo.

“Whether it is fighting for our Second Amendment rights, our shared pro-life values, or a renewed committment to public safety, Conservative voters in Virginia can always count on Tim Hugo to do what is right,” said Speaker Howell. “I am supporting Tim in this race because he is the conservative candidate who can win and end the Democrats’ stranglehold on our Commonwealth.”

“Tim Hugo has spent his career fighting for the people of Virginia,” said Delegate Orrock. “As Lieutenant Governor, I know we can count on Tim to move our economy forward by working with our Republican caucus to advance pro-business and job creating legislation. His campaign has my full support and endorsement.”

“Virginia is at a crossroads and we have a decision to make this year whether to continue the failed liberal policies that Democrats are advocating or return to the conservative roots that made our Commonwealth the best state in the nation to live, work, and raise a family for decades” said Hugo. “I am running for Lieutenant Governor to offer voters a clear alternative to Democrats’ anti-business agenda, fiscal mismanagement, and complete disregard for law enforcement and law and order.

“I am grateful for the support of Speaker Howell, Delegate Orrock, Delegate Cole, and all the other conservatives who are joining me on this campaign. Together, I know we can win in November and restore prosperity and safety to our Commonwealth.”

Tim Hugo has also been endorsed by other conservative leaders including:

Delegate Rob Bell (Albemarle)
House of Delegates Caucus Chair Kathy Byron (Bedford)
Delegate Mark Cole (Spotsylvania)
Delegate Matt Fariss (Campbell)
Delegate Buddy Fowler (Hanover)
Delegate Margaret Ransone (Westmoreland)
Delegate Nick Rush (Montgomery)
Delegate Lee Ware (Powhatan)
Senator Bill DeSteph (Virginia Beach)
Senator Ryan McDougle (Hanover)
Former Senator Dick Black

Tim is an Army veteran and former Virginia Delegate where he rose to be the third ranking member of the House of Delegates. As a Delegate of 17 years, Tim amassed a reliably conservative voting record. Tim is running for Lieutenant Governor to position Virginia for a 21st Century economy, bring about a strong economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, defend Virginians’ Constitutional rights, hold the line on additional tax increases, and stand up for the men and women in law enforcement.
