NORTHERN VIRGINIA GOP LEADER JEFF DOVE ENDORSES TIM HUGO FOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR
Centreville, VA – Jeff Dove, a former Congressional candidate and a leader in the Republican party in Northern Virginia, endorsed Tim Hugo today saying he values Hugo’s commitment to public service.
“Tim Hugo is one of the strongest leaders we have in Virginia. He always puts the needs of others first and he is a true servant leader. That is why I am supporting his campaign for Lieutenant Governor,” said Dove.
“I am grateful to have Jeff on our team,” said Hugo. “Jeff has been a tremendous ally and reliable standard bearer for the conservative cause in Northern Virginia. In the months ahead, I look forward to working with him and all of our other conservative allies to end one party rule in Richmond by defeating the Democrats and their liberal agenda.”
Jeff Dove’s endorsement follows the endorsements of other conservative leaders including House of Delegates Caucus Chair Kathy Byron (Bedford), Del. Mark Cole (Spotsylvania), Del. Matt Fariss (Campbell), Del. Buddy Fowler (Hanover), Del. Margaret Ransone (Westmoreland), Del. Nick Rush (Montgomery), Del. Lee Ware (Powhatan), and Sen. Bill DeSteph (Virginia Beach).
Tim is an Army veteran and former Virginia Delegate where he rose to be the third ranking member of the House of Delegates. As a Delegate of 17 years, Tim amassed a reliably conservative voting record. Tim is running for Lieutenant Governor to position Virginia for a 21st Century economy, bring about a strong economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, defend Virginians’ Constitutional rights, hold the line on additional tax increases, and stand up for the men and women in law enforcement.
